Neo - Sweetest Dreams

Yeah. Another case of, why did I not do this before.

It's another RWBY gal done by my good friend SuperNovaeHollay! This time around, I decided to do my favorite of all of RWBY's lady villains. Miss ice cream themed psycho cutey herself, Neo. And, I gotta say. Hollay did some FINE work on the lady here. And I can personally tell her art style is starting to improve here and there. I do notice the slight differences there are. And they are definitely evident to me with this little number of Neo.

So, once again, enjoy this little number of the ice cream queen. Hail to the queen baby.
